Dedicated to the memory of Susan Smith
Sue was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She led an active and vital life right up until the end. She was kind, caring and always smiling. She will be sadly missed by her family and many friends. Sue had severe dilated cardiomyopathy diagnosed 14 years ago. Although this slowed her down a little she did not let it stop her from doing the things she loved to do. eg cycling and walking. She found Cardiomyopathy UK very helpful and liked to support them.
